16 oz. lukshin, cooked
½ c. oil
1 ½ c. sugar
4 eggs
1 T. flour
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. Salt
Cinnamon
Raisins
Bake at 350 for about an hour (9x13)
My kids like it crispy and baked uncovered.
I like to bake it covered. Sometimes covered but uncover for last bit.

6 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup honey

Mix ingr. We prefer it not crispy so I bake covered 350, then uncover last few minutes. Enjoy!

Why 2 packages Lukshen? Does it fit in a 9x13?
Are the cornflake crumbs the regular type like you would use for schnitzel? They get mixed in with all the other ingredients?
I never used honey in Lukshen kugel.. this sounds so interesting. I think I might try this!

Neveralone- if you see this can you confirm that it’s 2 bags of Lukshen?
And that the cornflake crumbs get mixed in and not sprinkled on top?
Want to make this for shabbos.
Thanks
