My kids like sweet cakey challah. All the spelt challah recipes I see or have tried aren’t sweet. Does anyone have a tried and true sweet spelt challah recipe with white spelt. Five pound bag (I’d like to make a Bracha)

I use 1.5 kilo spelt flour
2 ounces yeast dissolved in 3 cups warm water
Half cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
5 tsp salt
