I prepared it yesterday morning and put the crock pot in the fridge.
I took it out about 9:00 last night and forgot to turn it on.
In the cholent pot is spices, water, meat, and potatoes. (I was soaking the beans and was going to add them last night.
Would you use it or should I make another one?

It's really not safe to leave meat out for over ten hours. Sorry, but you should make a new cholent.

If the water is cold and it doesn't smell funny I'd go ahead since it will be cooking for a long time anyway, but if it got to room temp or smells off I would toss
