I once sent something and got an automated response worded nicely that unfortunately they can't publish everything and can't always answer your email. They get a lot of submissions so I guess it makes sense. It is hard though especially when you've worked hard on something and it's personal.

They usually do answer but can take 6-8 weeks for a response. If you haven’t heard back yet, maybe they are considering it?

If it happened to you, you should ask a rav about taking legal action. They're not allowed to do that.

They have been less responsive lately

I I have some pieces published by them in the past but my recent interactions took almost a month till they responded
