HI, I bought a package of meat that says 'Gravy (cholent) Beef' on the package. Which cut is it? Just trying to figure out how to cook it??
Can I cook same way as flanken or ribs?
Thanks

Sound like stew meat. Sauté an onion, then add the beef for a few minutes to brown on each side, add some garlic and tomato sauce, some potatoes, and cook for 3 hours or so.
