Every Yom Tov I have my go to brisket, since I can make it ahead and freeze. I would like to try something new and special for Succos. Has anyone made boneless short ribs , and can it be made and frozen? I know it's expensive, but I thought I could give everyone a small square, and lots of side dishes. Can anyone who has made it tell me how much I would need per person. I want to know whether it will be too costly for me.
