I am making meat for the first time and don’t want to buy the wrong type. Which cut of meat is very tender and not stringy? I have tasted some very good roasts by other people but have no idea what they used.

Second cut brisket always is tender
First cut is great if you follow the right recipe
Chuck roast cooked low and slow will be tender. So will French roast. And ribs of course

Thanks! If I have to chose one which do you recommend. I was thinking of slow cooking in a sweet sauce
