Looking to make a quick 2 or 3 day trip to lancaster or hershy. Travelling with kids 2-16. Need access to minyan, we are mostly boys and men.
Which place would you recommend?
Is Hershey Park exciting or is Dutch Wonderland better. Dont want the teens to be cranky...
Please help with any resources or places that worked tsm

Dutch wonderland is only good for 8 and under and 8 is already borderline. Hershey park is great for all ages, has kiddie rides and rides for teens. Hershey park has kosher food and usually has minyanim in the hotels or park.

TY! Any idea where to stay?Are minyanim always or only after tisha bav ? Looking to go this wk or next wk

Ppl will be dressed more tznius at Dutch wonderland than at Hershey.
I think Lancaster Yeshiva has food.
If you keep CY, Hershey isn’t.
Hershey zoo is really good and if you go for two days you should have time to do park and zoo at leisurely pace.

Lancaster has a year round shul https://www.degelisrael.org/. I believe Hershey only has impromptu minyanim. If kids dont line roller coasters, Dutch Wonderland is fine. There are also some indoor places, eg Lancaster science factory

Lancaster is about 45 minutes from Hershey. You can stay in Lancaster and daven at the minyanim there. There is a yeshiva there during the zman and there are minyanim there bein hazmanim too. Hershey Park is definitely better when you have both older and younger kids.

There are regular set minyanim in Lancaster.
Hershy is just a matter of luck with minyan. You can stay in Lancaster and travel to Hershy.
