Looking to serve spectacular desserts to some wonderful guests!
I've got partial desserts, but I need help with what to serve alongside them and how to plate them.
Dessert 1: heavenly jumbo cinnamon bun. It would look sad and lonely if I just served it alone on the plate. What can go with it?
Dessert 2: homemade strawberry-cherry creamsicle pops. Again, needs something to go with! Another type of ice cream/ sorbet pop? Or something else entirely? I like the idea of a trio of pops (they're pretty small) but I need some good recipes/ ideas.
Any ideas?

Ice cream is easy enough! Done!
Anyone have an idea of some sort of cinnamon or coffee crunch or drizzle for the ice cream?

I was thinking more along the lines of you're having guests and they would be able to identify you if served cinnabuns with ice cream and crunch and/or sorbet pops with (undecided)

I also like two or three colored popsicles.
Pineapple pops make a very pale yellow, and maybe kiwi/lime or mango with a few strawberries to get an orange color?
I'm thinking about serving it in a mini rectangular bowl filled with crushed ice. Never tried it, but I'm imagining it...

Drizzle plate with a red strawberry sauce, add pop lying flat on top drizzle with pom seeds.
You can do like a red margarita drink with fresh cranberries or a red fruit smoothie.
A dollop of whip aside topped with strawbberries or cherries
Cinnabun with a dairy cream cheese frosting
With some warm coffee, cappuchino, hot cocoa with marshmallows at side or tea with cinnamon sticks inside

On top of warm cinnamon bun top with scoop of dairy vanilla ice cream drizzle with some spritz like caramel/cappuccino/choco/mocha
