I’m feeling embarrassed that I’m worrying about this but here goes: at 24 weeks pregnant with twins, I gained about 45 pounds already. I’m eating really well, lots of protein and healthy fats, no sugar or flour at all. Babies are growing nicely.
I’m panicking about losing this all after. At the rate I’m going, I’ll hit 70-80 lbs!
I’m nervous about losing it all ☹️
Any advice from the experts?

You'll stop gaining so quickly as your pregnancy progresses.

Bisha tova! Some gain more weight in beginning some gain more towards the end. I agree you'll probably stop gaining so much soon.
If you're eating well and likely wouldn't gain weight besides for being pregnant you'll have an easier time losing it after. You have 2babys, 2 placentas and enough fluid for both. Just keep doing what you're doing! I've seen ppl wear spanx right after having baby to keep your muscles tight and to minimize the pooch
