Anyone know what happems to challah if you add too much yeast?? I lost track of my counting as I was adding it. Should I start another batch of dough just in case? Will it taste bad??

It'll rise much faster, which will do no harm but will mean that the dough will be ready to bake before the flavor develops fully. You can slow it down by rising in the fridge, or you can simply punch down and allow to rise one more time than the recipe calls for. The bread may taste a bit more yeasty than usual, but this is not necessarily a bad thing.
