I have a graham cracker crust laying around and want to use it this Shabbos. I'm a cook, not a baker, so I don't really k ow what to do with it. I have all the basics- eggs, soy milk, sugar, baking soda etc- but what can I whip up and stick in that pie crust? Here are some other things I have laying around: various jam/preserves, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, bananas, pudding mix. I don't want to RU. Out and buy something I don't already have. Pie can be baked or set in the freezer. Thanks.

Melt the chocolate chips and paint the inside of the pie shell with the melted chocolate. Slice a couple of bananas and lay them on top, then make up the pudding and mix in the PB chips (and more PB if you have any in the house). Add that to the pie shell, and garnish with sprinkles of chocolate and PB chips.

I just made the easiest thing. Its a Hershey Recipe called Chocolate-town Pie:

2 eggs
1/2 cup oil or margerine (recipe calls for margerine but oil works perfecly fine)
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract or bourbon

cream all of this together

then add 1/2 cup regular or ww flour
mix and add about a cup (or slightly less) choc chips
and pour into grahm cracker crust

bake at 350 for 45-50 mins or slighly longer

Enjoy!
