I need it for a diabetic. I found one at the kosher hive. Haven’t seen it there since. Haven’t seen it in rockland or monsey Glatt. Anyone buy one in monsey area?

You could make your own
Just grind the walnuts into crumbs - not too finely-
Add your sweetner of choice while crushing the nuts
A tiny bit of oil - really no need because the walnuts release oils.

Spread the mixture evenly around the pie plate, then press it in.
You can do it with any nuts
