my MIL gave me a check and told me to get a new winter coat, and told my dh the same thing, and she got my dd, the coolest toy its this whole kiddie playground that goes in the house

bonzie, let me know how that seltzer maker is. I was going to buy it but changed my mind at the thought of replacing the CO2 every so often.

my husband loves it! he's busy making seltzer all day and drinks it so proudly! its really cute, I ordered it from sodaclub.com ye its annoying to change the CO2 but I bought the value kit which comes with 220 liters worth of CO2 b4 you need to reorder

my parents ordered a highriser for us as a chanukah gift! (actually upsherin present too!) my son is turning 3 in 2 weeks and he is still in a crib. my dd is still in a porta crib at 20 months. so I'm definitly happy with my gift and would not return it!

wow, it's actually comforting to see I'm not the only one who got NOTHING!! not even chanuka gelt.
My in laws are out of town, so they got away with not giving us any, and my parents live overseas, so I rarely get from them. the truth is, they have sent it to me in the past, like 3 months after chanuka, so we never know....

A friend of our stopped in last night with toys for the kids and a gift certificate for our favorite restaurant. I coulndt beleive how much he spent on it, im embarassed to even say even though im annonymous. I guess he had in mind how much he wanted to spend and knew excactly where would be the perfect place to send us.

And I got flowers from my dh last night but they were more of a peace offering than a chanukah present LOL
