I just made them tonight and they came out really good! I used white whole wheat flour and oil, and it tasted fine. Next time I will try with half applesauce and half oil. Thanks for the recipe!

what does vanilla mean? vanilla sugar or extract?

I make these all the time. I started using the GF mix from trader joes and they are awesome!

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know if I can make these with coconut oil or they wont flatten as nice?
