I will make apple cinnamon rosettes.

Dough
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2/3 cup water

Apple Filling
4 Granny Smith apples peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar

Combine dough ingredients and mix. Roll out dough into rectangle and spread apple filling on top. Roll dough tightly jellyroll style and cut into 1" slices. Place rossetes onto greased cookie sheet 2" apart.

Bring to a boil:
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 - 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Pour on top of the rossetes and bake the rosettes at 350 for 3/4 - 1 hour.

Lemon mousse - Whip a small whip - mix with lemon pie filling. Pour into a graham cracker crust - top with a small whipped whip. (The filling is enough for two crusts) - Refrigerate. If you wil freeze this, defrost before serving.

Lemon ices - 1 1/2 cups lemon juice - 4 cups water - 2 1/2 cups sugar - Boil sugar and water - add lemon juice. Freeze - blend when partially frozen until mixture is white and fluffy

Compote - Peel and slice 8 apples. Add 1 bag frozen strawberries and 1 cup sugar - boil for one hour

Pears in wine sauce - Peel pears. Cook in 3/4 cup red wine, 1/2 cup sugar, sprinkle of cinnamon, 1/2 t. lemon juice, and water to cover. Cook for one hour.

Warm chocolate chip pie - Mix 1 stick margarine, 1 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 c sugar, 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. baking soda, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 t. vanilla, 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Mixture will be soft in center. Serve warm.

Strawberry ices - Blend 1 bag frozen strawberries, 1 cup sugar and 3/4 cup orange juice until smooth. Freeze.

Kiwi sauce - blend peeled kiwis with confectionary sugar until smooth and thick. Serve with a scoop of strawberry ices on top (and a lemon leaf)

The recipe for the chocolate cake and hot sauce is in the Silver Spoon cookbook - do you have it?

I don't know if it is the recipe she is making but there was a recipe for one in one of this past week's magazines (I think Binah). It called for caramel flavored chips though which I've never seen (though I'm OOT).

Compote
Apple cinammon bundt cake
parve cheesecake
caramel cake (Binah I Think. I couldn't find caramel chips, either, so I used coffee chips. The glaze didn't mix so well BTW. I don't know how it will taste)
Chocolate chip cookies
Mocha honey cake
Brownie pie with peanut butter frosting
Kokosh cake (Binah last week)
Ice Cream with Crunch and Chocolate Sauce (Mishpacha)

Lest you think I'm a baker, my 15 year old DD loves to potcha and bake. It's mostly her efforts here...
