I am making FOUR sheva brachos for my sister!!!! 2 of them shabbos !!! what are your best recipies that look impressive, taste great, and of course not to hard to make?
appetizers, mains, sides, desserts etc.

Wow! you're a really nice sister! I've made a few sheva brochos. for appetisers you can do potato knish with mushroom sauce, or mini sliders, or a skewer of grilled chicken and veggies over angel hair pasta salad
In this weather you can serve soup. I like to make a hearty split pea soup with kneidels.
main course ideas:
slice of roast, lukshen kugel muffins, grilled veggies or
stuffed capons, mashed potatoes with sauteed onions on top, and string beans with sesame seeds......
