I am looking for new seder recipes for salmon and chicken. I'm tired of the ones I've used the past couple of years. Any ideas?

Well I'm thinking about that and not Purim or anything else which means my priorities are messed up! Any chicken or salmon recipes would work, without bread crumbs or the like of course!

pickled salmon is always good. A local buthcher mixes a pickling spice for pesach which I always get to make my salmon. Bonus! You eat it cold!!
