Someone mentioned pastrami knishes..Does anyone have the recipe?
Also I am not sure what its called but if anyone has the recipe for this:
Its a piece of chicken cutlet with pastrami and breaded and then duck sauce on top. I would love the recipe for that too.
Thanks!

I shred pastrami . mix with fried onions and sauerkraut(drain the liquid) mix mayo and mustard and fill in mini flaky dough squares. What I did for yom tov was fill it in egg roll wrappers and will fry it be4 yom tov.
On the side I drizzle this sauce:
mix ketchup, duck sauce and kung pao sauce (you can find it in grocery near the bbq and duck sauce)-all equal amounts.
G'Luck!

I have a recipe for rolled pastrami cutlets.
Smear the cutlets with a mayonnaise, mustard and ketsup mixture.
Place the pastrami on top of the smeared cutlet.
Roll it up, Wrap a flaky dough square arounnd the cutlet.
Pour the sauce over the dough, I use BBQ sauce instead of duck sauce
