I took chicken thighs and spiced it with- smoked paprika, smoked garlic powder, minced dried onion s add bc garlic, dried parsley m, placed sweet and sour duck sauce on top and baked it for 1 hour and35 minutes at 375 degrees uncovered.. once it was cooled I shredded the chicken and put them into taco shells.. one of my picky kids said mommy can you make it again.. my husband didn’t eat yet, so I can’t tell you his opinion.. all in all I know if my kids like it, then my husband will most likely it..
Enjoy.. by the way- this recipe freezes beautifully..
