I’m working very hard over Yom Tov. On my feet a lot and sleeping very few hours.
I thought I would feel much better today but I feel horrible. I slept close to 7 hours but my body is aching and I feel like I just want to sleep. (The last few nights I only slept 3-4 hours so I should have felt much better this morning after sleeping more hours) How can I get some energy to enjoy the day and give my kids and my guests and nice time?

Send them out and sleep. Sleeping 7 hours one night is not going to help you catch up on your sleep debt

First day chol hamoed I always feel sick. Take the day off, even a machine needs to rest.

Hot bubble bath. Squirt some dishwashing liquid into the stream of water as it is filling. Makes lots of bubbles, won't hurt your skin. Is merely cute.
