This year HaKadosh Baruchu gave me the gift of serenity
B”H I don’t feel overwhelmed
I’m not done, but more or less on schedule
Plus last week I didn’t go to sleep late
All I can say it’s all a gift, because I’m not usually like this
TYH

13 people, probably a few guests. We eat them straight, plus at the seder. I'm expecting to finish them by the end of Chol Hamoed.

I wouldn't keep hb eggs past 4-5 days.

Well, we finished more than 60 eggs so far since Friday morning, so I don't think we'll reach that far! But I will eat them for a week.

Happy for you!

I did tons of baking and NO cooking. Will get to that tomorrow or Monday. I feel very much on schedule bh!

I like cooking on yom tov so I didn't plan on doing it all before at all.

My mantra is "life is short, make dessert first" I made 2 pans of brownies (bringing one for a seder that we were invited to), chocolate mousse and chocolate chip cookies. Also hard boiled eggs, gefilte fish and beets. Tomorrow I'm doing the rest of the food. I don't like cooking on chag if I can avoid it
