So to cut a long story short, this year I need to clean for Pesach in 6 hours or less.
I have a smallish house and little kids who like Cheerios. My home is fairly typical - not super organized but not particularly dirty.
I don't have access to Chessed girls, additional cleaning help, other family help, or a house with a self-clean feature.
Where do I start?

Vacuum all of it well. Clean your fridge and oven well. And kasher or cover your kitchen and you are done.

Bathrooms are not necessary for pesach prep

That’s because we don’t eat in bathrooms
But if you have young kids they can get into anything with a cracker in hand
It’s not a big clean. It’s a look in the drawers and under the sink kind of thing

Start with the kitchen. After the source is taken care of, you just need a thorough clean up. You will also be less stressed with the biggest hardest task behind you.

There isn’t really much that NEEDS to be cleaned for pesach.
Fridge and pantry need to be cleaned first.
Kitchen cabinets can all be sold.
Everywhere vacuumed well, including inside and under and couches, dining room chairs and kitchen chairs.
Put away chometz bentchers.
Pick a few toys to have out over pesach, the rest can be sold.

Living Room/Dining Room:
Vacuum couch and chairs. Spray and wipe down table. Sweep/vacuum.
The above can be done by kids above age 6, if they're available. It's fun being involved in pesach cleaning!
Kitchen:
Remove any visible food from the oven. Complete the self-cleaning cycle on high. That's the quickest way to get through kashering oven.
Wash stove top and grates. Lay down stovetop liners.
Once oven is self cleaned, turn to highest setting and kasher grates (in oven if they don't have little rubber feet) for 40 minutes. Return to stovetop.
Empty and wipe down your fridge & freezer.
Wash counters, sinks, table & chairs with detergent (spray and paper towels) and cover table and counters.
Kasher sinks with boiling water.
Tape cabinets and closets shut that you can't get to, and add them to your list of your mechira sale, referencing any chometz that may be in there.
Sweep the house.
Set up shelves for pesach order.
Take a huge deep breath. You can do this!

Same. Selling all chometz in the pantry
Cleaning: all kitchen and dining chairs, kashering sink and oven, covering countertops and fridge/ freezer
We keep the toys out on Pesach So just vacuuming the toy box and dumping it all back in🙈

Lock & sell as many closets and cabinets as you can rather than cleaning then. Take out only the clothes, toys, etc that you need and then just lock and sell.

For anything dirty, greasy or grimy, you'll save yourself from the effort of scrubbing if you soak it first (clean something else in the interim) then rinse away the grime.

Thanks everyone. I'm just about done.
I'm not looking to win any awards this year, but I think we're basically kosher. Happy at least that.
