There is teh Biamba in a few places - Motsesim, Zuzik, Babyland Bnei Brak. You can check their websites, it isn't crazy expensive. Check in their store(s) or on their websites.
Never used it myself, heard the name from someone else.
Just keep in mind that they sometimes sell them individually and you need two if you want to pump both sides at the same time (highly recommended). Sometimes they sell a pair, so just make sure you know how many you are getting.
