I controlled myself from finishing dd half eaten hot pizza that was on the table- burn 50 calories
I didn’t sample the fresh pasta I just drained and it was REALLY tempting- burn 110 calories
I didn’t take an ice cream bar from the freezer that is there in honor of Rosh Chodesh- burn 75 calories
Instead I take a bite of a danish by mistake and I gain 2 pounds.
We need to change the system. It would be more effective 😂😂

How about this system: if you consume excess calories, you can choose whether to store them or dispose of them.

Weight loss is not like hashem with mitzvahs….the harder it is the bigger the schar!
Like we all want to weigh much less after skipping the food by a party…..then the day there was no party at all!
