I always bake Gefilte fish in my oven and it always comes out perfect. This week I think I underbaked it. I already cut slices though. Can I put it back in oven in pan? Without water would be easier since they’re cut already lol, but I’ll do with water if necessary. Tia!

You definitely can! Worst case it'll be a slightly different texture.
I Bake gefilte Fish with fried onions (made with honey and garlic) without any liquid for an hour. My husband loves it.

I always bake it without the paper and no additional seasonings, no water, as per Ra_mom's instructions. I just spray it with oil. I find that it gets soggy when it cooks in liquid.

I always bake it with sugar and a tiny bit of water to help the sugar dissolve (1/4 cup or less), and then put some garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper on top. (Baked covered without wrapper for 1.5 hours on 350) so you can definitely put back in without liquid but just cover it so it doesn’t dry out.

You can always slice it and broil it. I have done that added bbq sauce and broiled it when I wasn’t sure it was cooked.
