How many pounds of ground fish do you buy and approximately how many people is it for?
This year I think I will only have 4-5 fish eaters. I’m wondering if 5 lbs of fish is enough. Not sure how to figure it out.

1 lb roll is enough for eight to ten slices. Not sure how much makes a roll though as you add stuff.

A roll is usually 1 lb and makes 8-10 slices. If you serve fish 10 times this Pesach, 5 lbs. should be enough
