Looking for filling parve dinner ideas (preferably not salmon)

Falafel balls, pita, fried eggplant, Israeli salad, pickled onions, pickles, tehini.

Hard corn taco shells or flour tortillas. Warm black beans seasoned taco seasoning. Cubed avocado, tomato and scallions. Serve with fresh rice.

Shakshuka with something to scoop it up with. Maybe make some fresh onion rolls.

Sesame noodles: to a box of cooked (drained) spaghetti add 1/3 cup each soy sauce, sugar, oil, sesame seeds, scallions, and a just few shakes of toasted sesame oil. Add marinated and browned small cubes of tofu.

Avocado toasts topped with spiced roasted crispy chickpeas or sunny side up.

Potato frittata with a large salad.

Roasted eggplant with chickpeas, tehini and humus.

Tuna (canned) pasta casserole and a hearty soup.

Fish n chips (breaded fish and French fries).

Power bowl with sections of quinoa, roasted cubed sweet potato, caramelized onion and lettuce, with added nuts, seeds, dressing.

Poke bowl with cooked sushi rice, cubes of kani, mango, avocado, scallions, sweet sauce and spicy mayo.

Veggie or black bean burgers, toasted buns with sliced tomato, lettuce, red onion and some sauces to drizzle.

Realize that protein and fat keep you full longer, so make sure your meal has enough of that.
A giant bowl of pasta will not be as filling as a medium bowl of pasta with some cheese and a salad that has an oil-based dressing and some avocado slices.

Figure out what your protein will be, then work around that. Do not skimp on the healthy fats!

Lentil and veggie curry with coconut milk and brown rice

Vegetable fried rice (with eggs, you can add tofu for extra protein)

Asian noodle salad with peanut sauce- can be made with pasta, rice noodles, gf pasta.

Shred zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, add red onions, bell pepper, and scallions/cilantro if you have them, and toss in peanut sauce. If you want to up the protein add tofu, eggs, or lentils.

We make egg sandwiches as an easy pareve dinner (or if you don’t mind making it dairy you can add cheese!)

Pasta with lentil/walnut bolognese

A lot of Indian dishes are great ideas for pareve meals, and they don’t have to be super potchke to be delicious and filling!
