Boil 4-5 eggs, sautee 3-4 onions, and blend it all together with a hand blender. Add a bit of salt and you're good to go.

This is for 1 1/2 lbs.
Heat 1/2 cups oil
Slice an onion in circle slices
Saute for 10 minutes
Add 1-2 Tbsp vinager
1/2 tspn paprika
1/2 tspn onion powder
1/2 tspn sugar
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Cook for 5 minutes
Add liver( I sometimes chop it into smaller pieces)
Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Don't overcook
I don't blend it after, we eat it like this.

I add to chicken breast and find it doesnt taste as strong. Chicken breast, a few pieces of liver, tons of onions. I fry with salt, pepper, turmeric. Cook until done and then blend. Yum

My liver is famous:
I for chopped liver I sautee onions and liver till crispy add three eggs, a dollop of mayo and salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. I mix it together in a ziplock bag.
For sautéed liver I sauté onions and liver till crispy . Then add a splash of wine and it goes tztztz then I turn the pot off. If I’m serving it hot I serve it over orzo if I’m serving it cold I serve it with sliced tomatoes and sour pickles
