Is there a kosher meat free mince that tastes good? I really would love to try real lasagne and other dishes

I used one from trader Joe's and it was quite good in lasagna.

We like the beyond meat mince! It also comes as “meatballs”. They also make excellent meat free sausage

I've made a mest free Bolognese sauce using lentils and cooked walnuts as a substitute for meat. It's cheaper and healthier than fake meats products.

Can you share your recipe please? Along with directions on how to convert it to lasagne if possible.
Thank you and thanks to the other responders.

I second the Beyond mince; I use it for lasagna and for bolognaise sauce.
Their burgers are the best non meat ones I have ever tasted; I didn't particularly like the sausages but that is just personal taste.
