Usually you need more baking powder than soda to achieve the same effect so I would just add in a bit less than the amount of baking soda the recipe called for and proceed

I googled and see
Thoughtco.com
If you're out of baking soda, use baking powder instead. Double or triple the amount of baking powder because it contains less baking soda.
Ideally, triple the amount of baking powder to equal the amount of baking soda. So, if the recipe calls for 1 tsp. of baking soda, you would use 3 tsp. of baking powder.
So if I needed2 tsp baking soda, and I did 2 tsp baking powder, should I then add one more tsp baking powder and 2 tsp baking soda? Or just triple TBE baking powder?

I would add in 1 1/3 (just do slightly under the 1/2 tsp mark) of baking soda
