How do you serve shwarma at home?

I want to make shwarma for dinner. how do I serve it?
I know how to make the chicken but idk what to do with it after.

I serve with pitas, tehina, Israeli salad, and sometimes fries and/or eggplant and everyone assembles their own sandwich.

I serve on a platter, each person gets a laffa or pita to make and I prepare toppings (eggplant, fries, roasted veggies) and serve hummus and tehina

Sometimes I make it as a bowl with a grain on the bottom. I like couscous, then the shwarma, the different veggies, techina etc.

We serve it in a dish, have bowls of techina, chummus, matbucha, Israeli salad, purple cabbage salad, pickles, olives, cole slaw. Everyone we put a plate of Laffas,pita bread and plates of fresh French fries and onion rings and everyone makes their own sandwiches. It’s always a hot in our house.
