I have the Cuisinart food processor. Which is the s blade to make kugel with? I want it the way it comes out by hand- finely grated you may call it.
It comes with a small blade I'm assuming for the smaller bowl and then a bigger blade. Is that the right blade to use?
Otherwise it has circle discs for slicing, shredding etc
