When I type into my browser

THIS WEBSITE ISN'T WORKING

Betweencarpools.com rdirected you too many times

[I]Try deleting your cookies

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

So, I went into setting clear my browser history and all cookies.
And it still doesn't work.
Can anyone help me?
