Just made this and it's absolutely delicious! I subbed orange juice for the water and added pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon.
I would probably add a 1/2 tsp or so of salt next time.

I made it gluten free and it is SO GOOD. We quickly made a second and third one after tasting one bite.
