Rub the lamb head with olive oil, crushed garlic and coarse salt and roast until done (400 F for approximately 45 minutes). The little pieces of meat are delicious.

Boil it in water with a little salt, pepper, and turmeric
Or roast it, same spices, but with olive oil.
