I find the apples don’t break down and soften enough in an apple kugel or crisp. I can’t figure out why.
Anyone else use them and experience this?
I’ve also always wondered how many apples would be in one can

I find it great, they don't get mushy. I bake a crisp at 400 for 1 hour.
