Is that possible?
Can I use regular Italian salad dressing like this as a marinade and then just grill the chicken or nah?

Wish-Bone Salad Dressing, Fat Free Italian Dressing, 15 oz https://a.co/d/bUDEhiU

Looking to use an easy low fat or fat free marinade to simply just grill chicken.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I do all the time. Mix with a little light mayo and marinate.

I marinate with fat free italian dressing all the time. Nothing added to it. (If I'm a little short of dressing for the amount I am marinating, I will add some vinegar.)
