We went out for dinner the other night (not a very frequent occurrence) and I had the most delicious Caesar salad with strips of grilled steak. It cost like $28 so it was not a very high end place and I don't think the seasonings were anything more than olive oil, salt and pepper but it was just delicious and soft and I would love to recreate it at home. I asked the waitress what type of meat it was and she said London Broil. Anyone can help me figure out what exactly to do?

London broil salad is super easy to make.
Manage the meat overnight. Girl on the girl pan for 5 minutes each side or more if you like it well done.

When I make london broil I marinate the meat in some olive boil, salt, garlic, fresh lemon juice and sometimes parsley.
Either grill on stove top, broil in oven or the bbq grill about 7-10 min per side depending on the thickness of the slab. Longer if you like it more well done.
Delicious every time
