Potato knishes.
Bought ready rolled out flaky sheets. Rolled out a bit more. Cook, drain and mash potatoes, add salt & pepper and saute'ed onions, add an egg/flour to hold together. Smear mixture onto dough & roll up. Brush with egg, sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake 1 hr on 350. It's better frozen raw & baked before serving or before yomtov

Orzo with pastrami mushrooms
Boil water with salt add in orzo, cook & drain.
Sautee onions garlic, first, add in the mushrooms to saute & last the pastrami, because it doesn't need that long. Add salt& pepper.
Combine orzo with mixture.

Day:
milchig kiddush:
blintzes with strawberry sauce, kreplach, 2 different cheesecakes, maybe I'll buy florets
meal:
minute steak
salad
(everyone is too full to eat more)
Night:
same as previous night
except roasted butternut squash instead
