Have you heard of the cookbook Peas, Love and Carrots? Good stuff in there.

The key to really spicy jalapeno dip is to leave in the seeds and membranes. When you blend it together, you won't see them, but they add the heat.

We do hot pepper dips and salads for example, hot pepper, mayo, spices blended
hot pepper and tomatoes diced

Dice 2 jalapeño into tiny dice. Mix with olive oil and broil 5 min at a time until ready. Do not burn it. Mix with mayonnaise.

Do you blend the ingredients or just combine (more like a salad)?

I don’t blend it. They’re very small pieces. I’m sure you can also bend it if you prefer that

I cut pickled canned hot peppers into 4 sections, and saute with strips of red pepper and onion,
very low flame for a long time until it's soft

I also roast jalapeno peppers and dice with tomatoes and onions, salt and pepper

spicy olives - sliced green olives, covered in oil, a few frozen garlic cubes, salt and crushed red pepper

buy red schug and mix with mayo

enjoy!

Add Jalapeños with the seeds to your tomato dip recipe.
Add cayenne and cumin to your babaganoush.
Add red pepper flakes to your olive dip.
