My go to from Mishpacha last year. This isn't exact but pretty close. Dice (or slice in food processor, for some reason it comes out better) 3 largish onions. Spray pan and pour in about 1/3 or more cup oil. Spread onions on top. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 till start to brown. Process with about 1/2 c mayo.

Jalapeño dip. Put peppers with seeds in food processor. Add mayonnaise, a bit of salt and a bit of sugar.

Bake garlic with oil and a bit of salt.

Mix frozen dill with mayonnaise

Dice an eggplant with the skin - chunkier
Toss with pil and salt. Bake at 350 until soft . About an hour.

Dice an onion and saute. I leave it on low as long as the eggplant is in the oven.

Combine the two. Do not Sautee.

Add whole Manzanillo olives.

Add marinara sauce.

Sprinkle a dash of garlic powder.

Done and delicious!

I just made it right now, but didst come out so good.

No amounts. It's the type that you do it to your liking.

Today I did a smaller eggplant, medium onion, and a 5 oz jar olives.

I like it with a lot of marinara sauce, but I didn't realize there wasn't much left in the jar.

Thanks so much! I couldn't picture the texture so that helps. I'm going to try this today.

Garlic and cherry tomatoes tapenade (bake on 400’ with lots of olive oil, salt, pepper and cherry tomatoes until slightly brown)

Roasted grilled eggplant (slice in half, decidedly with olive oil, salt bake 400’ until cooked through) serve with tehina parsley, silan , patrols, salt, pepper. Makes a beautiful presentation
