I’m looking to go away for an extended weekend with my husband.
Anything in the tristate area or a bit further with catered Shabbos food? Also it needs to be very clean.
Any ideas would be really appreciated

Not a lot of choices. Melour in Tannersville, NY is probably your best option.

Armon does shabbos catering the weeks that they're not rented out for a shabbaton.
Melour does shabbos every week.

Yes I was there.
Very nice.
Rooms are very plain. Service and food was good.
Low key, restful place.

Also looking- what's the difference in experience between Melour and sleepy hollow? And do they have any way to enjoy meeting tot leaking to others or nice places to wall or experience nature? I assume there are minyanim and both? For a couples getaway

Sleepy Hollow has a nice outdoor area but no place to take walks. It's right off the highway(like many hotels are!)
But there's a gazebo and lounge chairs outside if you want to relax outdoors.
I dk melour so can't compare.

There's actually a park you can walk to near the bridge.
