Hi
I just saw this recipe from rorie weissberg
1/3 cup purple cabbage
1/3 cup shredded carrots
2–3 celery stalks
4 (6-ounce) cans Gefen Solid White Albacore Tuna
1/4 cup Rorie's Creamy Dressing (or to taste, depending how creamy you like it), recipe here
I want to stayaway from cabbage. what can I use instead? would romaine lettuce be good?
also leaving out the celery as I don't like raw celery

There's nothing wrong with cans of tuna and dressing. No need to add any veggies if you don't like them (I don't like crunch in my tuna either). Just serve a veggie salad on the side.

thanks for that.
now for the creamy dressing.
its got 2 raw eggs in it.
are most people ok with eating raw eggs in mayonaise or is it something to avoid?
she claims the apple cider vinegar kills the bad bacteria - would you rely on it?
I am scared to risk but homemade is so much healthier using avocado oil/olive oil.

You can use sugar snap peas instead.
Probably also peppers.
Chantzyw on Instagram makes similar. Says you just need the amounts of veggies - not specific ones.
You can use Mayo or rorie dressing.
Personally I found it too dry and that it needed more Mayo.
I would not use romaine
