I love Israeli pickles, the ones that come in a can.
Problem is that I rarely need all the pickles in the can at one shot. If I take them out and put them into a container, the pickles go sour.
Supposedly you aren't supposed to keep an open can of pickles for days on the fridge. So what do you Do?
Anyone else have this issue?

Never had them go sour after transferring to a container. Retain all the liquid and it should be fine for a while

Send them here, an open can of Israeli pickles never lasts very long with my kids around 😂

I make pickle dip.
Pickle + mayo in a food processor (best texture). Yummy yummy.

You can add them to any salad, or try this diced pickles with corn from a can and diced mushrooms
