I love Rotisserie chicken from Mealmart.
Is there any way to mimic the flavor and texture at home with a regular oven?

The most delicious roast chicken ever..
Place whole chicken on parchment paper on sheet pan. Place even layer of coarse kosher salt around the chicken... approximately 2 cups.
You can place several twigs of rosemary , garlic cloves and some jalapenos in and around the bird, but they are not necessary.
Bake uncovered at about 190°c for approximately an hour and a half until crisp and golden. Your house will smell like the rotisserie section of the supermarket.
Remove from oven and drizzle with some olive oil.
Recipe best using whole chicken. The bird can be butterflied.
