I can post the amounts later- but these are two good ones
olive oil, paprika, ketchup, sugar, pepper, white vinegar
canola/veg oil, onion powder, honey, sugar, red wine vinegar, mustard
I dont really measure by the amts anymore, I just put it into a cup and make sure the consistency is "right." But I can post the measurements when im home.
those r both good for romaine
for iceberg I keep it rly simple and its always eaten - canola oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.

my ceaser dressing is always a hit.
mayonaise
water
chicken soup consume
crushed garlic or garlic powder
lemon juice
I sometimes serve with marinated grilled chicken breast diced and mixed in the salad along with garlic bread. No matter how much I make there are never any leftovers.

ok, so here are my amounts. I buy the lettuce where there are 3 heads of romane in one bag. This amount is for that much....
1/2 C oil
1/4 C sugar
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/3 c honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder (I usually put in more - like 1 tsp)
1 tablespoon mustard
I slice up 1 package of empire turkey into little cubes....
YUM
or if I dont have meat, I cut up red pepper. I dont like putting in onions or tomatoes, it messes up the taste of the dressing. im neurotic I know.
Other one is for the same amount
2/3 c oil (use olive oil, really makes a world of diff in the taste, I cant explain it)
1/4 c white vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (I usually put in 1 tsp)
then it tastes yummy with any of the following (or none! but when I have 2 extra min). just ideas to spice things up-
terra chips crushed up, or those long ones? maybe called "terra stix?"
grilled portobello mushrooms cut up
croutons (homemade or from a box)
walnuts or pecans
cherry tomatoes
sweet red pepper
I LOVE easy fast things that get totally eaten! so worth my effort
