Half a bottle of apple juice and a bar of chocolate. I spent last few hours of the fast sweating and very faint from low blood pressure, so I figured I could use a nice boost of sugar and caffeine. It worked. Later I had some yogurt, grapes, pretzels and a big cup of tea.

Peaches. And kasha.
I made coconut cookies on tisha b'av to give my husband to break the fast on. Came out REALLY REALLY yummy.
I made carrot soup- didn't come out so great, and noodles for the after the fast meal. People in israel are luckier than in the states- the fast ended here by 8 something...
