Of all days I go tmy time of the month, today..
My first day is the worst, and I am in SOOOO MUCH pain and my stomach is SOO BLOATED...
what can I do?

| Ask a rav. Not b/c of which day of the month, but b/c you're in pain. Maybe you don't have to fast.

called my rebbitzen and she asked...
response was "take tylenol with 2 oz of water"
if u need to drink again... you can after 9 min.
