I assume by noodles u mean the sheets of pasta??? they freeze fine w dairy lasagne so it should b the same w meat..

I just want to add:

It freezes well if it's been cooked thoroughly (or baked actually).

Don't make the mistake we made once: Prepared the lasagna (layered the noodles, sauce, cheeses etc...) and froze it raw......

DON'T ASK!!!!!!!

Mishie, JTISTY, I read the instructions today on the no-boil lasagna noodles. It says you can freeze ahead RAW, if you wrap with a layer of plastic wrap and then foil.
